Ticci Toby is a murderer with tourette syndrome who has escaped from an asylum. He is known for his short temper and violent outbursts. Toby wields a hatchet and is not afraid to use it to get what he wants. He is constantly on the run from the authorities and will do anything to avoid being caught. Despite his violent nature, Toby has a soft spot for those he considers his friends and will protect them at all costs.
